HUGE FILE BEING WRITTEN IN OBPM FRONT LOG AREA (Doc ID 2936358.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBPM logs

When FCUBS application server is started we notice a huge file being written in OBPM front log area with name : SYSTEM_DASHBOARD_UPDATE
Because of this application server is reaching 100% soon and no other logs are writing (writing with 0 kb).
This issue has to be resolved sooner as we are unable to collect OBPM logs for any issues.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, we notice a huge file being written in OBPM front log area

Changes

 In table CSTB_DEBUG_USERS for SYSTEM user and DB module, user can set Debug value to 'N' which will disable debug file SYSTEM_DASHBOARD_UPDATE.TXT generation
