Symptoms

When attempting to perform search party on user management screen, following generic error is displayed.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via administrator. Navigate to Onboarding >User Management
2. Click on Search Party beside the party field.
3. Directly click on search. Note the error.
