OBTFPM | Import LC Issuance missing from free tasks
We've submitted an Import LC Issuance task where on click of Submit , we get a message stating that the task is submitted successfully. However the task is not present in the free tasks. Only the task which was submitted is present in the completed tasks. On analysis of the process flow diagram, we can see that there is an error stating 'Failed to invoke http task due to: java.lang.exception'.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can't able to find the created tasks in free tasks.
Changes
Mail notification service failure interrupted the workflow progress.
Handled the same in workflows.
