OBTF - System Is Not Allowing To Hold A Guarantee Contract (Doc ID 2941588.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a guarantee contract is booked under LC contract and after authorization, guarantee contract is unlocked and user invokes 'Collateral' tab. Whenever sub tab is invoked, system generates event sequence number and version number equals to 2. When ‘Hold’ button is clicked, system throws unhandled exception.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow to hold the contract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. A new contract is created from LCDTRONL screen
2. Then a guarantee is booked under the same LC from LCDTRONL screen
3. After Authorization, contract is unlocked
4. On invoking ‘Collateral’ tab, system generates event sequence number and version number equals to 2.
5. ‘Hold’ button is clicked, system throws unhandled exception.
