Unable to take any action the KYC Cases
After the Investigation status of the KYC cases, the users are unable to take any action including (escalate, monitor, review, close etc.) on any of the cases promoted from the Know Your Customer assessments.
Whenever the user tries to take any action, a pop window appears. After filling up the popup window, for all the actions, with proper data and submitting, the status does not change and remains the same as Investigation.
