ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LC contract is created initially with advice operation and during operation change to confirm, in commission unable to change the calculation method.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System allows to change calculation method. We should be able to change the method to flat and collect flat amount as commission .
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created Export LC, operation code Advice. Saved/Authorized.
2. Unlocked contract, changed operation code to Confirm.
3. Visited Preferences, added Confirm Percentage 100%
4. Visited Commissions,change calculation method to Flat.
5. On Save "Calculation Method in Commission Details cannot be changed"
