Goal

We have few custom Rad xml need to refreshed with kernel rad xml , Out of 10 rad xml 2 was failed without any log.
we simulated many times but no result , i attached here screen shot for your references.

please check and let me know if any information required ,its better if we can have webx session for quick salutation.

OBTF version : OBTF_14.7.0.0.0
