OBBRN - 14.6.0.2 - BC ISSUANCE

During BC issuance, entered all the details like Payee Name, drawer name, BC amount and after submitting the transaction, we are getting the error as '' Prefunded Payments is not allowed for the source code".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.During BC issuance, entered all the details like Payee Name, drawer name, BC amount and after submitting the transaction,
2. Getting the error as '' Prefunded Payments is not allowed for the source code".
