ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to create a transaction using a template from PQSTMPLQ, the user is unable to modify the amount details of the template prior to saving the transaction.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to modify the credit amount if the instructed currency indicator was Credit currency.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create template using PBDOTTML /PXDOTTML screen.
2.Use PQSTMPLQ -> Create transaction using the template selected.
3.Try to modify the amount.
