ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Complete Instrument details is not showing in UI after BC Payment, Cancel, Duplicate, Revalidate operations and not storing in database

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After BC Payment, Cancel, Duplicate, Revalidate operations -> Complete instrument details should be displayed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform BC Payment, Cancel, Duplicate and Revalidate operation
2. Verify whether the complete instrument details are shown
