Structure screen Performance issue observed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The screen performance to be improved when the linked accounts counts are
increasing.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a structure with more than 50 accounts linked.
2) Verify the performance.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the structure creations are time consuming.
Analysis:

We have observed that structure service is taking in average14 seconds in
each save/ retrieve action.
