Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBLM and OBVAM API not working, getting a "TimedOut exception" error in the OBDX screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All APIs for OBLM and OBVAM APIs should work fine via OBRH.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to an application as a corporate user
2. LM -> Structure -> all APIs for OBLM and OBVAM are failing


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view details of LM structure in OBDX
