On CRR 8.1.1.1.6

After performing apply to all in the involved account tab, the duplicated account is added in the involved party from the second transaction onwards which is incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem
--------------------------
1. Pick a case that has more than 2 transactions available and promote to CRR.
2. Go to the transaction tab and involved party list and verify the original # of parties of the second transaction. (e.g 2 one is an external account and another one is an internal account)
3. Go to account tab and select the first transaction and pick one of the accounts (anything is fine among internal and external)
4. Add one of the fields in account details and click save
5. Select the account from the involved party list and then click "Apply to all"
6. Go to the Transaction tab, double click the second transaction then you will see one more additional account is added which is a duplication of the account you have add the field in the account tab.

This defect is occurring whenever you click the "Apply to all" button, the additional duplicated account is added to the involved party in the transaction tab from the second transaction onwards.
