On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

Unable to close limit line from GESFACLT
Facility closure failed with error 'Message does not exist for this Error Code

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From GEDFALCT screen, try to close the facility
2. Verify if user is able to close the facility successfully.
