While executing Batch Load_LLFP_Multiple_Ratings ,T2T_FCT_ACCOUNT_RATING_DETAIL  no data is loaded into FCT_ACCOUNT_RATING_DETAILS

Error in FCT_ACCOUNT_RATING_DETAILS$ table

ORA-02291: integrity constraint (OFSAATM.FK_1455_3) violated - parent key not found
