ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Additional fields from 1 to 10 are not displayed on "Create Expected Cash Flow" screens


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Additional fields from 1 to 10 should be displayed on "Create Expected Cash Flow" screens.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via user.
2. Navigate to Cash Management > Cash Flow > Create Expected Cash Flow > Create Expected Cash Flow.
3. On both screens additional fields from 1 to 10 are not displayed.
