Manual KYC case creation is not supported (Doc ID 2950783.1)

Customer requirement to create a manual KYC case in ECM for the following reason:

We need this feature since we do have circumstances where we may need to document EDD conducted on someone who does not have products or in-scope products.
There will be circumstances where we may need to document our enhanced due diligence in a manual ECM case. In addition, some groups get referrals and or requests to review prospective relationships, customer that do not have any accounts yet, and those may need to be documented in a manual ECM case as well.
