CSDACTCL: The LOV For Advice Tab Is Not Working Properly In Screen

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------
Once the value is selected in the LOV list from Advice of CSDACTCL, the LOV screen does not close, and we need to close manually.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The LOV screen should close automatically post selecting from CSDACTCL screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to CSDACTCL screen
2. open the LOV list from advice and select a value
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, The LOV list is not auto closing
