Symptoms

When trying to upload domestic SDMC file upload, below error is observed.

ERROR

Invalid field count.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with corporate user.
2. Upload Domestic SDMC.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to upload domestic SDMC file.
