Error EL-LM-EXP01 with wrong liability but contract tagged with facility properly for the customer



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Contract linked to facility should only be utilized

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick up a Loan attached with two facility & Try do a CL amendment and validate

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot doe CL operation
