Symptoms

Bulk upload is failing for excel file format , below error is observed.

ERROR

Invalid file format.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with corporate user
2. Upload bulk file in excel format.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to upload excel format for bulk upload.
