On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Pacs.009 Cover message is not displayed in Messages tab.

Auto match of message happened, and transaction is processed but Pacs.009 Cover is not linked and displayed in messages tab.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pacs.009 cover should be displayed under messages tab.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inject inbound Pacs.008 message such that it waits for cover match.
2. Inject Pacs.009 Cover for it to auto match with Pending Pacs.008.
3. Check the transaction status and messages linked at transaction level.: PSDICBVW

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Pacs.009 Cover message is not displayed in Messages.
