On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is unable to release transactions from processing and network cutoff queue

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Initiate self transfer transaction form obdx in after cutoff
2. Approve the same transaction from OBDX
3. Login to OBP and try to release transaction from processing and network cutoff queues


Actual Result:
User is unable to release transactions from processing and network cutoff queue
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to release transaction and transaction should get processed
