Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Dispatch fails when initiating an outbound ACH payment if Payment Details in tab additional details are missing. These details should normally be non-mandatory fields.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 Payment Details should not missed for outbound ACH Payments.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Dispatch outbound ACH payment.
2. Check whether Payment details are missing or not.
