Cancelling Standing Instructions
When closing some SI's, Instruction Date cannot be backdated, Failed to modify error is thrown.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to cancel a SI from PMSSIMNT screen for customer:-015207, on save error is thrown.

Due to this issue, users cannot close the SI
