ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Having an issue on the new patch set with version 14.5.0.6.0 and the solution should be provided under this patch set version.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Patch Set - Maker Should delete unauthorized record in PADOTONL.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User creates contract in PADOTONL.
2. The same user (maker) tries to delete it while still unauthorized and gets error.
