ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SIT Testing:-MT210 for the incoming netting has not been generated
MT210 for the incoming netting has not been generated.
FX netting - transaction in PXSIVIEW Message status is shown as ungenerated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should generate the message and message status should be shown as Hand off
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a FX netting txn
2. Verify the status of MT210 message

Due to this issue, MT210 message is in ungenerated status
