System is not showing the Total Charge Amount on Multiple BC issuance screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should show the Total Charge Amount on Multiple BC issuance screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Multi BC Issuance
2. Verify whether the Total Charge Amount is showing
