ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On dashboard builder screen widgets are not displayed when trying to create new dashboard.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On dashboard builder screen user should be able to create new dashboards successfully.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via administrator.
2. Navigate to User Experience > Dashboard overview > create dashboard
3. Fill the details > click on save.
