Back Value Dated Transaction Did Not Trigger IC Back Calculation (Doc ID 2956241.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

If a back value dated transaction is posted with a value date of last liquidation date (Last_Liq_Dt), this is not triggering IC back calculation against the respective product. No record is populated in Ictb_Back_Dated_Events and no adjustment is calculated in Ictb_Adj_Interest.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For back value dated transactions even if it is posted with a value date of last liquidation date (Last_Liq_Dt), the IC back value calculation must be triggered.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform back value dated transactions with a value date of last liquidation date (Last_Liq_Dt) of of IC product attached to the account .
2. Verify back calculation triggers on EOD or not.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, back value calculation not triggered.
