Symptoms

On : 14.2.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Increase in LC Amount is not updating the ELCM Utilization


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Any change in contract amount has to get reflected in ELCM Utilization.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick any active LC contract where outstanding liability is 0.
2. Amend the contract and increase the LC amount by exact limit amount in parties tab and check in ELCM utilization

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Limit not updated with contract increase amount .
