Not Able To Download required statements and files in OBDX Mobile App( Pdfs, Csv, Etc) (Doc ID 2956417.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While downloading anything in Application(Statement Download, Payment Status Enquiry> E-receipt download)after clicking on download option, the loading bar animates and finishes, but the file does not get downloaded.
Issue is happening for all the functionalities that have a pdf, csv, qif,etc.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to download required statement and files in OBDX.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OBDX
2. Go to any download option-> click on download
3. The loading bar animates and finishes, but the file does not get downloaded

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download files in OBDX.

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
