Symptoms
When attempting to view Facility details,
following error occurs.

Timed out error
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Credit Facility management-->Credit Facility-->Facility Details
3. When landing on Facility details page, Timed Out error is observed
