 Rate revision schedule is not accepting with different frequency and Units for components.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow to create the contract with Rate revision schedules.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CI account.
2. Profit component Rate revision schedule is given as Yearly and Payment is Monthly.
3.Takaful component Rate revision schedule is Half Yearly and Payment is Monthly.
4. Property Takaful component Rate revision schedule is Half Yearly and Payment is Monthly.
5. Save the account.
