ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
if we change the settlement in BG while doing amendment, after visiting charges tab system is automatically changing the settlement to previous one

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While doing the settlement change from BG post amending even after visiting the charges tab system should not automatically change the settlement instructions

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to BG amendment screen
2. Change the settlement for the same
3. Visit other tabs and then check for change in the settlement

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the settlement instruction
