Scan To Pay Transaction Not Reflected in Payment Inquiry Status

The user was able to scan to pay was successfully submitted however the transaction is not reflected in Payment Inquiry Status.
After the scan to pay the transaction, it should reflect in the Payment Inquiry status.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click Scan To Pay -> Log into the application
2. Scan QR->Fill in the Details and click Submit and Confirm
3. The transaction is not reflected in Payment Inquiry Status
No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
