ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SIT|| PXDITONL || Modification Issue
The Maker can't modify the data at PXDITONL.
1) Maker do the transaction at PXDITONL.
2) Go to view PXSOTONL and double click the record.
3) Click Unlock and modify the records.
4) Save
5) Display error "Only maker can modify the records". (New transaction and modify transaction done by same user )
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Maker should able to modify the data at PXDITONL.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to modify the data at PXDITONL.
Changes
Code has been added in BrnPxInTxnKernel.java to allow maker to modify the transaction id reassign user details which are not maintained
