Symptoms

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The accounting queue has numerous failed items.

It has been reported that there is whole page of failed items today on the accounting queue both in and out of the ALIM USD account, business has tried to resend but they don't.

The client doesn't have any markers or insufficient funds.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Without any valid reason, there should not be any records pending in the accounting queue

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From PQSACCQU screen, try to select the failed items and resend it.
2. Verify if the record is processed successfully and the accounitng entries are posted correctly

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, accounting entries are not posted
