Symptoms
When attempting to search for File upload > File Identifier Maintenance/User File Identifier Mapping > Administrator, following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
Case 1:
1. Login via administrator.
2. Navigate to File Upload > File Identifier Maintenance > Administrator
Case 2:
1. Login via administrator.
2. Navigate to File Upload > User File Identifier Mapping > Administrator
3. Search for username.
