On : 8.1.2.4 version

KYC Onboarding - Multiple countries not displayed in IPE Risk Factor Highlights

The highlights of risk factor Highlights sql extracted from the rti_server log file correctly returns 3 country codes.
However, only 1 country is stored in the fcc_ob_ra_score_details table as shown below instead of all the 3 records. Why is this happening?
