When User Attempts to Create Internal and International Payees, Business Policy Validation Fails Error Occurs

Symptoms
When user attempting to create international/internal payee, following error occurs.
ERROR

[ERROR CODE] DIGX_PY_0024
[ERROR MESSAGE] Business policy validation failed while creating internal payee.
[ERROR CODE] DIGX_PY_0036
[ERROR MESSAGE] Business policy validation failed while creating international payee.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login via Administrator.
2. Click on the toggle menu and navigate to payments-->payee restriction --> payee restriction setup
3. Choose user type as corporate user
4. Click on edit, Update the payee restriction changes in internal, domestic and international, then click on save.
(E.g:Choose "YES" and the payees perday Value "4")
5. Login with corporate maker.
6. Navigate to payments->setups->manage payee--> create payee
7. Choose internal payee --> fill the required details and click on confirm --> Please check no action is performed
8. And choose international payee --> fill the required details and click on confirm --> Please check no action is performed.
