AML Batch Cleanup Issue (Doc ID 2961072.1)

Symptoms

The batch has been executed two time for date 05-jun-2023, while cleanup the batch getting the below error, andnot able to delete the data from KDD_REVIEW to rerun it again.
ORA-02292:integrity constraint (MANTAS.FK13_KEE_REVIEW) Violated - child record found
