ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Error - 'The message template ID entered is not valid' displays twice on 'Alert Maintenance' screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Error - 'The message template ID entered is not valid' should be displayed only once on 'Alert Maintenance' screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as 'Admin' user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Communication > Alert Maintenence screen
3. Select 'Module Name' as 'Payments' and click on 'Search' button
4. Observe, error - 'The message template ID entered is not valid' is displayed twice on the screen
