'Service URL' Field Accepts '+' and '*' Characters on 'API Service Builder' Screen

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

'Service URL' field accepts '+' and '*' characters on 'API Service Builder' screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On entering special characters like '+' or '*', field level validation error should be displayed on 'Service URL' field. Behavior should be same as in case of other special characters like '~' or '!' where proper error message is displaying.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as 'Admin' user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to API Builder > Service Builder > Create
3. Enter special characters like '*' or '+' in 'Service URL' field
4. Observe on screen, system do not show field level validation error
