Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Transaction posting is failing in webservice. User getting an error while trying to post a transaction using webservice.
Generic transaction posting web service is not working. User tried to post the RESCHEDULE BILL CYCLE or any custom transaction with TXN_COMMENTS or TXN_BILL_CYCLE_CD as one of the parameters.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The transaction with any core defined columns should get posted via webservice when the data is correct and should not give 500 error.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to post the GenericPostTransaction RESCHEDULE_BILL_CYCLE transaction through web service.
2. System should post the transaction without any error.
3. Currently system posting transaction with 500 error (Error found while processing: RESCHEDULE_BILL_CYCLE transaction)

Due to this issue, users cannot post GenericPostTransaction via webservice with any core defined columns.
