User Account Access Not Saved after Toggling "Apply Party Level Changes" (Doc ID 2962378.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to save party level changes in user account access, following error occurs.

ERROR

On browser console:
wizardDRAFT_ID is not a function


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via administrator.
2. Navigate to Corporate Onboarding > User Account Access > Map > Edit > Map Accounts
3. Toggle "Apply Party Level Changes" so that it is enabled.
4. Click on Save after toggle.
