Configuring Webservice In CRR Application (811V) (Doc ID 2962401.1)

Symptoms

Not able to save the webservice configuration after entering the user id and password.

 

Getting error as 'Unable to perform this operation. Please try after some time'

Steps :

1. Log in as the Administrator.
2. Navigate to Compliance Regulatory Reporting application and select the Administration option.
3. Select Webservice Configuration. The Configuring Web service User ID and Password page is
displayed.
4. Enter the User ID as rruser.
5. Enter the desired password.
6. Click Save. A confirmation message is displayed
