ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tellers with Pending Transactions Able to Close Till | TVCL

Facing an issue in production whereby users with Till assigned are able to close their tills even when their input transactions are still pending authorization.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation is that users should only be able to close their tills when all pending teller transactions in their ID are cleared.



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
