When We Deploy The FCUBS.ear In Console Getting J2EE:160149 Exception. (Doc ID 2963521.1)

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
Patch set : 12.4.0.0.0
When we deploy the FCUBS.ear in console getting J2EE:160149 exception

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
When user deploys the FCUBS.ear in console it will be in the installed status ,then while starting the services at that time getting below error:
 weblogic.management.DeploymentException: [J2EE:160149]Error while processing library references. Unresolved application
 library references, defined in weblogic-application.xml: [Extension-Name: oracle.soa.bpel, exact-match: false],
 [Extension-Name: oracle.soa.mediator, exact-match: false], [Extension-Name: oracle.soa.workflow, exact-match: false],
 [Extension-Name: oracle.soa.ext, exact-match: false], [Extension-Name: oracle.rules, exact-match: false]

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot deploy the FCUBS.ear due to the error : J2EE:160149.

Changes

Suggested that Fcubs EAR can be deployed only on top of a SOA or BPMN enabled domain. In non -soa server, try to turn off the flag (i.e. BPEL_ENABLED = N in fcubs.properties file)and rebuild EAR.
