ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

QR code is not downloaded from Merchant maintenance screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
QR code should get downloaded from Merchant maintenance screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in application as admin
2. Search for "Onboarding - Merchant Management"
3. Search for a merchant using merchant id, select
4. Scroll down, beside the QR code there's a download icon
5. Nothing's happening after clicking on the download button.
